בישיבתה ביום י"ח בחשון תשע"ח (7.11.2017) אימצה המועצה להשכלה הגבוהה את המלצת ועדת המשנה להבטחת איכות,  והחליטה כלהלן:

המועצה להשכלה גבוהה מאשרת את הרכב הוועדה הבינלאומית לבדיקת לימודי אנגלית למטרות אקדמיות, כלהלן:

• dr. Alex Housen – second language acquisition, (second) language teaching, bilingualism and bilingual education, and English linguistics, Vrije University Brussel, Belgium
