בישיבתה ביום כ"ד בתמוז תשע"ז (18.7.2017) אימצה המועצה להשכלה גבוהה את המלצת ועדת המשנה להבטחת איכות, והחליטה לאשר את הרכב הוועדה הבינלאומית להערכת איכות בתחום תקשורת חזותית ועיצוב גרפי.  ההרכב שאושר כלהלן:

• Nancy Skolos- Professor of Graphic Design, former Dean of Architecture and Design– RISD, USA – Chair of the Committee.
• Bruce Brown – Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research, former Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities and a Professor of Design – Brighton University, UK.
• Associate Prof. Gerry Leonidas- Programme Director for the MA Typeface Design and MA (Res) Typeface Design, Course Director for the TDi summer course; and Enterprise Coordinator for the School of Arts & Communication Design – Reading University, UK.
• Leland Burke- Animation Department- Massachusetts College of Art and Design, USA.
• Anat Katsir- Department of Visual Communication- Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Israel.
