Scholarship Programs for International Students

The Planning and Budgeting Committee (PBC) runs the Fellowship Program for Outstanding Chinese and Indian Post-Doctoral Fellows. The PBC provides 55 two-year long Post-Doctoral Fellowships for outstanding researchers from China and India annually. Candidates are selected based on their academic quality as assessed by the PBC’s academic evaluation committees.

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is the largest U.S. exchange program offering opportunities for students and young researchers to undertake international academic studies and advanced research opportunities in more than 140 countries. The Planning and Budgeting committee (PBC), together with the Fulbright program, offer Postdoctoral Fellowships for Americans interested in doing research in one of Israel’s research institutions. The program is run by The United States–Israel Educational Foundation (USIEF).

The Planning and Budgeting Committee (PBC) and the Zuckerman Institute seek to attract high achieving postdoctoral scholars from premier universities in the United States and Canada to do research at one of seven Israeli universities in the field of STEM. Candidates for the Zuckerman STEM Leadership Program are assessed based on their academic and research achievements, as well as on personal merit and leadership qualities
