Expanding access to unique populations

The PBC operates with emphasis on the expansion of accessibility to the higher education system for unique populations such as Haredim, peripheral youth and minorities. This activity qualified as a major objective in the previous multi-year plan and, in the future, the PBC intends to continue expanding the plans for these populations. In parallel, to add an accessibility plan for higher education in the coming months for the Ethiopian population.  For this purpose, a unique budget has been allocated and during the coming year, the PBC will work to plan and implement a multi-year program for expanding accessibility for this population also.
